Why doesn't the task manager show all the used RAM?

Good afternoon.
I noticed the following: in the task manager, the amount of RAM used is somehow incorrectly shown in the "Processes" tab. I have 16 gigabytes of RAM on my machine. If you count all the memory by processes, you get ~ 4 gigabytes. A shows 43%. But after all, 43% of 16 is 6.88, but not 4 at all. Where do 2.5+ gigabytes go?

How can I find out? I went through several antiviruses (Kaspersky, other Web, Zemana AntiMailware), no one found anything.
Thanks in advance for the replies.

task manager is not the best tool for understanding exactly what is happening.

The Windows cache is not shown in processes, although memory is allocated for it. See the Performance->Memory tab
