Why doesn't the standard zip archiver open an archive created in linux?

All other archivers open, except for the standard zip archiver (it writes the wrong format).

Possibly an encoding problem. Linux and Windows archives have not been friends for a long time, there is something up to 2010+.

What archiver does not open? Windows (Windows)?
Try reinstalling windows.
It should work, my neighbor always did this, he said that all the mistakes disappear.

It's simple, Linux uses thread-block compression, and your program is trying to open a zip container with files!

The problem was the length of the path. It remains to correct the encoding. And then krakozyabry

usually, on the contrary, it is a problem in Linux to open windows archive files, since they are by default in 1251
