Why doesn't the screen lock when I close my laptop lid?

XFCE4 + lightdm + slock + Arch Linux
In xfce-power-manager lid close action is standby
If you press Standby then the screen is locked after power on.
If you close the lid, then there is no lock when opening and turning on. How to be?
