Why doesn't the right arrow work?

I have a laptop. The right arrow does not work on the laptop keyboard and on the numpad. Tried it on another keyboard, same thing. With the on-screen keyboard, the story is the same.
Interestingly, it works in safe mode. It seems that there is no bad luck on the computer, I checked it with an antivirus. The second Claudia has no draves.
The bios arrows also work.
Why so, and what to do?

Try updating your drivers or BIOS. Or even reinstall Windows.
