Why doesn't the reloadWindow method work?

Made an embedded application in html + js.
To reload the page, I use the BX24.reloadWindow()
method. But it does not work - The page is not reloaded.
Someone can come across?

Have you connected Bitrix js-library? Also look at the browser console (f12), maybe there are some errors.
