How to bind the choice of responsible person to a contact in Bitrix when using an email tracker?

Good afternoon!

We decided to set up an email tracker for CRM. Plus that another task was created.
So, we created a mailbox, gave it the following settings:

1. At first, we noticed that a lead was created only 1 time for each letter, the following letters were not transformed into leads, but we just need it. We made an intermediate mailbox (mailing list), from which we turned on redirection to the one that was configured in the bitr and made a substitution of senders in the "Reply-to" and "From" fields so as not to lose the address of the real sender of the letter. Great, now a lead is created for each email.

2. Now it is required that a Contact be created for each such lead. Go to CRM --> Leads --> Robots and create a robot for the "Not Processed" stage:

Now in the Contacts section, a contact is created for a new incoming letter. A repeated letter from the same address does not create a contact - thanks to smart Bitrix for this.

3. Now I need to change the responsible person in the Lead if the Contact is already present in Bitrix. That is, you need to compare the Email in the Lead with the Email in the contacts, and if there is one, then you need to take the responsible person from the Contact and make him responsible for the lead.
At this point, I became discouraged ... I don’t understand .... I can’t find anything on the Internet or I’m looking badly.
Help. If there are links to the documentation and preferably examples, it will be great.

Thank you.
