Bitrix Sites. How to make a file available for download through the e-mail input field?

We have a pdf file that visitors will want to download.
For this we need their e-mail.
There is no such possibility in Bitrix templates, is there any way to do this through an HTML form?

PS: algorithm: download the file by clicking the button - enter your mail - the file automatically starts downloading.
