Why doesn't the monitor light up?

I change the motherboard to msi 970A0G43 I did it
according to the instructions, when you turn it on, the com turns on, but the screen itself does not light up. hard drive, cooler, vidyuha everything lights up, except for the screen.
I connected the main JPWR1 power connector, but the JPWR2 power connector remained unconnected, I honestly didn’t understand what to connect there, there doesn’t seem to be such a connector on my power supply.
I have a 700W power supply - www.dns-shop.ru/product/02cb82e560213361/blok-pita...
I would be glad if you could help (
UPD: I found wires with 2 connectors (4+4 pin) They can be connected to 8- pin JPWR2?Do I need some kind of sequence, otherwise they are the same and is it necessary to follow the order?

JPWR2 - additional processor power connector, on your PSU there is just the same in the form of a dual 4 + 4
, most likely due to a lack of this power, a full launch does not occur
