Why doesn't the MFP print from excel?

On several computers, the Kyocera MFP does not print from excel, it writes "not enough memory or disconnection" with the connection everything is OK, and on the 1st computer of the HP MFP it gives the same error, everything prints fine from the rest, rearranged the firewood - it does not help, nothing intelligible in Google Have not found
