Why doesn't the IFTTT: Gmail to Telegram applet work?

Hello! There is an applet in IFTTT that should send a notification about new email messages that come to your Google mail. He sends notification (messages) to your channel or to a chat with the bot of the same IFTTT.
Here are the "recipe" settings:

After that, I make a test letter (by the way, it is sent using the rule from the mailbox on Yandex.Mail), using the filter in Gmail, I assign the label "SMS" to all letters with a specific subject.

These transfers work very fast and well. But the applet - does not want to work.
Changed the trigger (first field) in different variations according to the rules: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7190?hl=en. I settled on the simplest, but this also did not work.
What could be the problem? Why doesn't the recipe start?
Thanks in advance!

Faced a similar problem:
1. at the beginning in the ifttt recipe log it was indicated that there was a problem with the gmail service
2. tried everything: cleared the cache, reinstalled gmail and ifttt, recreated the recipes
3. created a new ifttt account helped
. But .... now, according to the ifttt log, the trigger (letter from .... in gmail mail) works, there is also a notification in ifttt, but
there is nothing in the Telegram channel! (bot naturally added as an admin)
And the recipe for RSS feeds works great!
What could be the problem, does anyone know?
Thank you in advance for your response.
