Google led to IFTTT, I don’t know what it is, but as I understand it, it should repost to the Telegram channel, and I just need to receive tweets from my subscriptions, or tweets from the specified accounts.

Yes IFTTT is a very good way!
1) Create a channel in a telegram
2) On the IFTTT service, find a tab with a tweeter
3) using IFTTT and a bot in a telegram from IFTTT, connect the desired mailing list to the channel that you created in the first paragraph.
