Why doesn't the fl.controls.* element render properly, with styles?

Hello! The question I think is better to show:

This is how it should be

That's how it is

The example is taken from the site: flashpress.ru/blog/p2p-part2
I work in FlashDevelop, I connect the classes as a swc library with the "Library" parameter, and if you compile with the "External library" parameter, then the movie simply does not load. Below is a screenshot of the project for understanding:

What could be the problem?

You have a strange swc connection window.
You need to put the swc in the lib folder (in the latest versions of FlashDevelop it is not created by default,
so create it manually, and then right-click on it and check the Add To Library box) and right-click on it ( on swc ) and check the Add To Library box .
It is possible not to create exactly lib, but then you need to do the same with another folder.

I often have such a problem when using it in FlashBuilder, I still have not figured out what causes this problem. It is solved by removing the library from the application settings, restarting the builder, and reconnecting.
