Why doesn't the ESI [email protected] sound card work?

The ESI [email protected] panel has stopped starting, there is no sound. Reinstalling windows (7 x64) did not help.
The driver is installed, the dispatcher writes: the device is working fine. When trying to start the ESI [email protected] panel, the icon appears for half a second and disappears. The built-in map is disabled. In default [email protected] settings. The drivers are new (not from the disk), there were no problems before. What could be the reason? How to fix?
