Why doesn't the drupal admin panel drop down on hover?

Yesterday I installed Drupal. I watched a couple of lessons, where when you hover over an item in the admin panel, the content pops up, just like in the start button. Maybe I had the same, but I don't remember how I turned it off. How to return? Thank you!

You need to install and enable the https://www.drupal.org/project/admin_menu module and disable the standard Toolbar module. In order for the menu to look the same, you also need to enable the Administration menu Toolbar style.

if you have installed the 7th version, then install the admin menu module and disable the toolbar module.
and if 8th then there is a normal menu, although you can again put the admin menu (if it already exists for 8k)
