Display title of link in separate div?

Hello.
Installed the menu_attributes module. The link has a 'title' field, the value of which is displayed when hovering over the link.
Please tell me, is it possible to display this title in a separate div in the submenu of the link? To display a link, and under it this title.
It should be like this:
Item1 Item2 Item3 Item4
-item1_1 -item2_1
-item1_2 (title output)
-item1_3 -item2_2
(title output)

Obviously, but you have to substitute the li class\number for which you want to display the title attribute in the div.
