Why doesn't the disk image start in urbackup?

The full disk image in urbackup does not start according to the schedule, I backup the Windows machine (windows server 2012), the urbackup server itself on Centos7 has
all the rights distributed.

- if you just run a backup file on a schedule, then everything starts well.

I noticed somehow something similar, backups did not start on many clients. It turned out they were connected to the server via ipv6. Cured by setting the ipv4 priority on Windows clients, it was probably possible to cover ipv6 on the server with urbackup.
