Why doesn't the computer turn off?
Hello! There is a problem with the PC. After some time of non-use in the on state, the computer turns off the monitor (there is a shutdown timer in the settings), everything is fine here. After an hour, the computer itself should go into sleep mode and turn off, but this does not happen. It continues to work and at the same time does not respond to any actions, the monitor remains off. If you press the computer's power button, nothing happens either. You have to hold down the button to turn it off. Also, the problem is observed with manual shutdown. That is, when you press the “turn off” button, the computer starts to turn off in normal mode, then the screen goes blank, and the computer itself continues to work. And the only way to turn it off is again to hold down the power button. What is it connected with?

Try to boot from some boot disk, for example from this one - nnm-club.me/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1252130
If the glitches remain, then the problem is clearly with the hardware, I would first of all substitute a known working power supply.
If glitches disappear - the problem is in Windows / drivers / installed programs.
