Why doesn't the computer configuration apply to the GPO?

Both absolutely identical computers in the domain and in the same AD group. For some reason, only the user configuration is applied to the second computer, and the computer configuration is empty. At the first computer both configurations are applied.
What can be wrong?
Doesn't show any errors in gpresult. Moreover, if I connect to the problem computer via psexec to remotely make gpresult /hc:\results.html, then the computer configuration is shown.
