Why doesn't the CA web interface work on a domain controller?

You need to issue a new certificate for Microsoft Exchange. I can't log in to the CA web interface to submit a certificate request. What to do? Services restarted, everything works like. Where to dig? Thanks in advance!

Fundamentally release via the Web? Perhaps this component is not installed.
Check - if not installed - install and release.
Otherwise, there is another option:
save exchange.req, for example, to a network drive that is accessible from the root CA of the domain.
Open cmde.exe on the CA as an administrator, type:
certreq -attrib "CertificateTemplate:webserver" –submit exchange.req after a little
thought - the CA will issue a certificate, all that remains is to complete the pending request on Exchange...
