Why doesn't the browser reload the page in Webpack?

Good evening everyone!!! I can't figure out why the page in webpack is not reloading? The web-dev-server itself is running. You can see how after saving the code, it reacts! However, the page does not reload. You have to do everything manually. I ask to prompt, in what there can be a business???
