Why doesn't the app work when I run the apk file?

Wrote an application.
It works if you run it in debug mode through Android Studio, but if you transfer it as an APK file over the network and then download it, then it doesn’t.
I don’t understand why, there is a version match, integrity too ...

Correctly, the apk file should not launch anything, it is only for installation. Try to remove the application from your phone, and then run the apk, the installation should begin.

You need to uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall it. There is a conflict of certificates - debug and release.
