I want to make an application on my phone in which I would write down what I ate, and it would search for this product / dish on a certain site and save its nutritional value and other parameters somewhere. I have no idea how and on what it is possible to write something like this.

If you have no programming experience or minimal experience, then I advise you to first take the freeCodeCamp course. After completing this course, you will learn how to write Frontend and Backend using JavaScript as well as the basics of working with databases. After that, it will be possible to switch to the development of a mobile application in React Native (JavaScript). I think this is the fastest way because you don't have to learn several technologies at the same time.
