Is it possible to create a Com port on an android device?

Hello! I need to send commands from my tablet to a controller that is connected via com port to EKI-1352. EKI-1352 creates a Wi-fi network. Is it possible to create a virtual com port on a tablet? Tablet on Android.
PS communicated with the controller via wi fi from a laptop using the serial device server configuration utility program.
