Why doesn't the app appear on Google Play after the appeal?

After I filed an appeal for a Google-blocked app on Google Play, they wrote to me that it was accepted, the application was unblocked and I needed to re-publish it in the developer console (just click on the "Publish" button).
After the actions taken, the application does not appear in the Google play store either in the web version or in the mobile version for more than 3 days. I tried to update information about it, uploaded new apk, but the situation does not change.
Maybe someone faced such a problem and somehow solved it?
And where can I write to Google support to solve this problem?
