Why doesn't the admin/view/template/catalog/product_form.twig file change after editing?

Good evening. I don’t understand, I change the name of the "Article" field, reset the cache, but it still feels like it is returned from another template, in general, nothing changes. I even completely cleared the product_form.twig file, all the same, all fields are displayed in the product editing.
