I had such a problem. In my case, the problem was that on the computer I set a master password, but on Firefox for Android, I didn’t set it. Therefore, he entered the account, tried to synchronize, but it did not work.
I solved the problem like this - on android you need Menu - Options - Privacy - Set a master password. The password must be the same as on the computer. Then you need to log out of your account and log out of FF. Then run FF, it will ask you to enter a master password, then connect to your account.
