During the exchange, synchronization takes place according to the TIN of the counterparty. UT receives new orders with the name of the goods
. You also need to get the delivery date, the Delivery address for which the "Outlets" field was created, and the comments field.
The following settings have been made in the Bitrix admin panel.

This is no longer a question, but a whole job ;-)
1C's are not willing to do work for each other, at least for free. I don't know Bitrix at all. And besides, you forgot to say the version of the configurations.
