Yopt, it says in Russian (!) in black that the rights to /etc/sudoers are incorrect! /etc/sudoers can only be owned by root, permissions can only be 0440.

Something went wrong with sudo.
Judging by the permissions given on /etc/sudoers (write access for everyone), sudo did not like it and did not read this file

since /etc/sudoers has write permissions for everything, you need to do as the previous commentator wrote, chmod 440 /etc/sudoers
