Why doesn't sublime text 3 work?

files are not displayed on the left, and this happened after the settings and installation of plugins. in general, it can be seen in the picture that it should not work at all. files are displayed at the top. please help me figure it out. what to do in this case?

file Preferences.sublime-settings, delete the line with "color_scheme", save the file and everything works again.
