Why doesn't Sublime text 3 compile C++ normally?

Maybe this question was asked even FIG knows when and by someone. But I did not find it, so I immediately apologize for the repetition.
I'm interested in the C++ language and I love Sublime text 3 very much. And that's bad luck, my code doesn't want to compile humanly.

PS On python everything compiles fine.
