How to split text into columns?

I have a large text document that looks like this (a small part of it, of course. In total, there are several thousand lines):

spoiler

There are several columns with data. Color, season, brand country and so on.
I need to split this data and paste it into excel in such a way that they are divided by columns. Color in one post, Season in another, etc.
Seems simple. I use a comma as a separator in excel and it breaks everything into columns and rows, but the problem is that in places there is no data (and should not be). And my columns are interfering. In the third and fourth rows, the second column will contain, respectively, the Season and the type of accessories, but it is necessary that the fourth line skip this column and shift all the data to where "Type of accessories" will be in all columns. I hope I explained clearly. For clarity, 2 screenshots. Now he divides like this: 5a05dc282d7f4771459231.png
And he should like this:5a05dc34d1f36579482610.png
