Why doesn't sublime minify work?

Good afternoon. Installed the minifier in Sublime, exactly as described here . When I try to check the version in the terminal, it gives an error. For example, I enter uglify-css --version - it says that "is not an internal or external blablabla command". Accordingly, nothing works. Who faced, and what is treated?
