Why doesn't ("styleWithCSS", null, false) work?

Hello!
I just can't get it to work
document.execCommand("styleWithCSS", null, false);
in Opera and Google Chrome. In all others it works. The most interesting thing is that when called
alert(document.queryCommandState("styleWithCss"));
, FALSE is displayed, but the CSS is still used and the alignment is set by style="text-align:right;", not align="right".
I've tried everything, I can't decide.

Okay, so the only solution is to manually add the tags?
