Why doesn't Spring MVC hello world start (404 error)?

Launch settings

What " localhost:8080/welcome " and " localhost:8080/SpringMVC/welcome " result in the same result - 404. What needs to be changed to make it work?

hello.jsp should have been welcome.jsp
And you should have changed your build settings like so:
Project structure > Artifacts
