Why doesn't screenshot work in inspector for Firefox?

It's been a long time since the Inspector for Firefox had an option like "Take a fullpage screenshot" and it doesn't work. Tried both on Windows and Linux for some time in different builds of the browser.
What could be the problem?

Yes it seems to work.
How do you use it? How exactly does "not work" manifest itself?
What happens if you just open the Developer's Console (Shift-F2) and type "screenshot --fullpage"?
