Why doesn't Safari pick up styles with prefixes?

Good afternoon! Tell me why flexbox styles with prefixes are not picked up in 10 safari?
I use postcss autoprefixer.
And how do you get him to pick them up?
Maybe in the autoprefixer you can somehow configure that styles with prefixes are added after the main property?

When you turn off the main display:flex property, everything works fine.
