Why doesn't safari (iphone or ipad) display closed text in noindex?

Greetings!
Guys, need help. I noticed that the site with iphone or ipad does not display text that is closed in noindex.
That is, I remove this tag, the text is displayed. On other devices, everything is OK even with the tag (which is not surprising).
But why is safari such a disaster? And how to deal with it? How to make both noindex and text on iPhones?
For some reason, I did not find any information on the incompatibility of safari and the noindex tag in the search.
