Why doesn't routing work correctly in opencart?

Hello, I'm pulling the layout on opencart v2.0.3.1, turned on the CNC in the admin panel, renamed .htaccess.
Everything seemed to work well, but then I noticed that if I go to the child category, it does not work
Here is how the parent category looks like http://prntscr.com/gkirr4
Here is how the child category looks like prntscr.com/gkirr4
But if in the address bar drive in localhost/site/child_category then everything works fine prntscr.com/gkiui9
Question. Where did I screw up?

Write absolute paths to css and you will be happy
