Why doesn't regular expression work in Adblock Plus?

I'm trying to create my own filter in Adblock Plus.
View filter: <имя_сайта>###reklama_R_AD23 (with exact indication of element id) works.
And the filter <имя_сайта>###reklama* (and also <имя_сайта>###reklama.*) doesn't work.
How to block an element in AdBlock by mask for its id?
