Why doesn't qbittorent distribute?

Why doesn't qbittorent distribute files at all?!
The settings seem to be suitable for everything - zero sense !!!
psuTorrent in half an hour starts 3-5 distributions slowly, and after more than an hour sometimes it starts to give a lot ... QBittorrent - in general NEVER gave a byte in a week!

Do not listen to stupid dodik in the answers. This is the problem of this particular torrent client. Check easily install any other torrent client and it will distribute normally

Just ran into the same problem. Solution:
Settings -> Connection -> Random port (dropped out around 40k, the return went)
