Why doesn't python script work in Asterisk?

Now I am engaged in transferring and setting up a backup asterisk server. And I ran into a problem that the python script cannot take data from the mysql database for processing when calling asterisk.
ODBC is configured, logins and passwords to the database are entered correctly everywhere. Please tell me which way to look and where to dig.
