Why doesn't PyCharm have full code highlighting?

The code in the editor is highlighted very poorly. Only classes and methods are highlighted, and their contents are of the same color, which is not convenient. Maybe something needs to be configured or put some other theme? For example, in PHPStorm, different code elements are highlighted in different colors.

try a different theme. Or just dig through the plugins to find something that can highlight the code.
I use the One dark theme plugin and everything is normally highlighted with a bright white color.
