Why doesn't progressive jpeg work in chrome?

On the example of this site.
All pictures on the main page are progressive JPEG ( proof ). I put in a site entry, and got the following:

i.e. Roughly speaking, they loaded immediately, like a regular jeep. With what it can be connected? Or is it just a screenshot bug in chrome tools?
