Why doesn't PrintSystemJobInfo always give the full path to the file?

I catch the file name for printing like this:

foreach (PrintSystemJobInfo jobInfo in server.DefaultPrintQueue.GetPrintJobInfoCollection()) {
jobInfo.Pause();
MessageBox.Show(jobInfo.Name);
}

On some computers it gives the filename with path, on some it doesn't. Seven everywhere. Why is this and how can I find out exactly the full path?
