Why doesn't Prettier format code in VSCode?

Hi guys. Help solve the problem with VSCode.
I have the prettier parameters written in the settings.json of the editor itself and everything worked fine until I created a new project in which the formatting (prettier settings) was set in the .prettierrc.js file and now prettier does not want to format the code of other projects in which there is no file with configurations (.prettierrc.js). The most interesting thing happens when I go into an arc project (which does not have .prettierrc.js) and try to format the code, then in the output it says that it successfully formats and also writes the config from the .prettierrc.js file of the previous project (I remind you that it is not in this one) , and the point is that it does not format. Help to deal with this error.
