How to enable Unity C# related tooltips and find errors in VScode?

Tooltips don't work and don't show errors in Visual Studio Code related to Unity. I tried to install extensions for Visual Studio Code (Unity tools, Unity Code Snipets, C#, C# Fix Format, mono debug, debuger for unity) while there were hints related to raw C#, I also tried to integrate the "VSCode" asset into the unity project and definitely did everything is correct, but neither one nor the other did not work. Probably only "Unity Code Snipets" and "C#" extensions worked

I myself have such a problem. As far as I remember, the asset for integrating VS Code with Unity is already deprecated and no longer works (either with modern versions of Unity or with new versions of VS Code), and also its developers have already scored on it.
I tried for months to find a solution, but nothing worked.
If you have a weak PC and just want a normal IDE, then you can download the 2017 version of Unity and use the excellent Monodevelop (if you are just learning Unity, for working with real projects I would choose the 2020 version with Visual Studio).
