Tell me how to overcome position: fixed on iPhone 4, the fact is that an element with position: fixed scrolls as not fixed.
Because of this, it is not possible to scroll the menu if it is larger than the viewport.

Because mobile browsers (many) don't currently support position:fixed.
More support table position:fixed
Here 's an example of a workaround.
