Why doesn't ping go to pc?

Good evening!
Can't ping to bad_man computer (highlighted in red). Conventionally, there are 3 offices with 3 PCs each and a bad_man PC, all PCs ping each other, except for the bad_man PC. ICMP reaches the router with the network in which the end node is located and does not know where to go further. What did I miss? RIP is raised on routers, all connected networks are indicated.

Check the subnet masks in the BSBO_09_L router and on bad_man itself, they may not be spelled correctly. And in general, check if the router has an entry in the routing table for 172.31.1?
