Why doesn't php webdriver selenium open the page completely?

Hello, the problem is the following.
When I open the link through the code, the page does not load completely
. And if I open the browser separately, the link opens completely ... what am I missing in the code?
using docker image selenium/standalone-chrome:4.0.0-rc-2-prerelease-20210916
