Why doesn't photoshop start screen show recent layouts?

Good afternoon!

On the start screen of Photoshop, on w7, layouts were displayed, in two lines, with which I had previously worked. A blank screen is now displayed. And this problem seems to reoccur only on windows 10 (I recently upgraded another device). Why does this happen on this OS and how to fix it?

File -> recent documents - available, but less convenient.

Editing -> Preferences -> General -> Automatically open the start screen
